Acne

If you suffer with breakouts, there’s no doubt that you should see a dermatologist who can prescribe medicated creams or tablets. In most cases prescription creams will be enough to clear your skin, but you’ll be glad to hear that there are also highly effective tablets that can essentially switch off acne for good, should creams not be sufficient.

If you suffer with occasional, mild breakouts, a lot can be achieved with the correct type of skincare alone. It is very unfortunate and misleading that some skincare companies label products ‘for all skin types’ which might actually aggravate acne-prone skin. We see patients at EUDELO every day who have been using products like this and are in despair about their stubborn breakouts!
All products recommended here will help improve occasional breakouts and mild acne. But if these cosmeceutical products not enough, please come and see one of our expert dermatologists for medical treatment.

As well as the right skincare, it’s also extremely beneficial to see an experienced medical aesthetician for monthly deep cleansing facials with manual extraction of blackheads and whiteheads. However, make sure these are dermatology grade facials, as most high street and spa facials will actually make it worse.
