Body Scrubs & Washes

Unless your skin is very dry, sensitive or eczema-prone, exfoliate your body once or twice a week in the shower with a gentle body scrub. This removes dead skin cells from the horny surface layer, increases healthy cell turnover and boosts the skin’s nourishing microcirculation. In short, a body scrub smooths the skin and makes it appear more radiant. Always follow up by massaging in liberal helpings of body moisturiser as soon as you step out of the shower.
